l\u2019implementazione di sistemi digitali nella produzione agricola attraverso<\/p><ul><li>Garanzie statali per revamping di macchinari<\/li><li>iper-ammortamenti per gli investimenti per l\u2019efficientamento della rete idrica<\/li><li>potenziamento dell\u2019infrastrutture digitali nell\u2019ultimo miglio nei terreni agricoli per favorire l\u2019agritech<\/li><li>incentivi per l\u2019acquisto di fertilizzanti e per altri costi per la produzione.<\/li><\/ul><p>Inoltre, bisogna incentivare gli imprenditori agricoli allo stoccagio energetico e alla vendita dell\u2019eccedenze, attraverso una facilitazione fiscale anche trasformando tali ricavi in reddito agricolo e non reddito d\u2019impresa.<br \/>\u00c8 ulteriormente necessario regolare la manodopera impegnata in agricoltura attraverso il reinserimento dello strumento dei voucher e l\u2019estensione dei permessi degli extra-comunitari impegnati in attivit\u00e0 agricole.<\/p><ul><li>breve periodo: indipendenza dal gas russo<\/li><li>\u00a0medio periodo: ridurre del 55% le emissioni di CO_2 entro il 2030<\/li><li>lungo periodo: includere il nucleare nel mix energetico per emissioni \u201c0\u201d entro il 2050<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
